Return / Exchange Policy:

We feature a 30-day, hassle free, return policy for all of our cotton clothes. If you try your cotton clothing and decide you do not want them, send them back to us immediately for a refund!

Our policy is simple: (see below for details)

• Return items within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Return items in new condition.

30 Day Return Policy:

• Return your items immediately for a full merchandise refund.
• No returns are allowed after 30 days of receiving your cotton clothing. We hope you understand our reasoning; we simply cannot guarantee the integrity of clothing that has been out of our possession for more than 30 days.
• We do not refund the original shipping upgrades.
• We do not cover the cost of shipping merchandise back to us.

New Condition Policy:

All items must be returned in new condition with the original tags attached and with the original plastic bag. This means that we cannot accept worn, washed, or damaged items (damage includes stains, pet hair, and/or odor)

***If your item is out of policy, your refund will be reduced by a 30% disposal fee on top of any shipping fees***

Exchange Policy (USA only):

Need to exchange? Reorder today! You no longer need to wait to send the items back to us, simply place your order online for the item you want, pay for it, and we will ship it ASAP! Then once we receive your return, we will process a full merchandise refund for the item that you no longer want.

***Like with all returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs, back to the Cotton Mill***

All order is given free standard shipping; your exchange order is no different! CottonMill will cover the cost to ship your new order back to you.

INTERNATIONAL:

Due to the cost of the international shipping - We do not offer International Exchanges at this time; if you buy internationally we can only process a merchandise refund for any returned merchandise.

Please send original “packing slip” or “return form” with return shipment. Your card will be promptly credited (less the initial shipping charges).

Absolutely no returns are accepted after 30 days.
