Sometime the carrier scans can be off a few days, so we ask that you give your order an additional week to arrive. If it does not, then please reach out to support@cottonmill.com so we can resolve that issue for you. During that week wait time, check all possible locations like parcel lockers, porches, back doors, rental offices, mailboxes, etc. If you feel comfortable enough to ask neighbors, you can do that ask well. Also, if you live with someone, make sure that they did not bring the package in for you.
